The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used, installed, or altered.
The return request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product is a clearance, custom, or special order item.
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product (if defective/damaged).
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
If applicable, shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), Balaji Decor will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
